How to use dried banana; egg shells; fruit & vegetables as a fertiliser.

Hi there, I have a lot of these made over the winter by using a grinder. I would like to use them as a fertiliser. What is the best way of applying this to tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers and lemon trees?
Thanks in advance.

Mix it all into your compost heap then apply as mulch when it’s brown and crumbly.

I don't think your citrus would be impressed, they need specific feed

Citrus feed is pretty similar to tomato feed but it's applied in winter rather than summer when the plants are ripening fruit and preparing to flower again.   They need nitrogen thru summer whereas roses, clematis, tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers etc need the stuff that promotes flowers and fruits.
