Anyone tried Victor Tools from the Coopers of Stortford catalogues?

Hello!
ive asked many q’s On here, one of them regarding needing a tool to deal with big roots whilst digging up existing and new beds.  I got a Coopers catalogue through the door today and have seen many items that to me (as a very new gardener) look good.  They are all from Victor Tools.  I was just wondering if they are any good?
In particular the “Root Blaster Shovel” and the “Cutting edge weeding tool”. Thoughts and opinions please?

Judging from previous buys before I knew any better, I would say not good value for money. You'd be better off buying from GC's, B & Q or Screwfix.

The stuff in Coopers catalogue is a bit gimmicky really.
As Lizzie says, I would go for something better with a name.

For thick roots I’d use a mattock.
  • Our Victor Tools cordless pruner stopped working after 3 years (only dozen or so uses). They say they have discontinued and can't replace the battery
