I have already posted my problem forgot to ad photo ! Can anyone help

    What tree is it?
     Do you have a full picture?
    Did you do anything to it?

    Have you tried to cover the wound?
    If so it may continue bleeding.
    The cut should be left to dry out naturally. However maples do bleed a lot if pruned at the wrong time of year. 
    You may loose the tree, but I'd take off the covering and see if it will heal by itself and keep your fingers crossed
