Are Butterbush and Honeyboat Squash worth growing??

Happy Spring everyone!

Last year I tried growing winter squash for the first time. I had two Crown Prince plants and one Butternut Squash (Hunter). The Crown Prince did surprisingly well considering I started so late in the season but the Butternut only managed to give me one measley palm sized squash

This year I'm thinking of swapping the Butternut for Honeyboat since I heard its more productive and easier to grow. Apart from that, there doesn't seem to be much info on Honeyboat on the net, would anyone like to share their experience on growing it?

Also, I'm looking into Butterbush as an space saving alternative to grow in pots but are they worth it in terms of productivity?

Here at least, last year was a bad year for growing winter squash and, like you, only Crown Prince (and a similar one, Blue hungarian') did reasonably well.  None of the several varieties of butternut I normally grow (Hawk, Hunter, Harrier) did very well, with some even dying on me.  I'm growing the same types again this year and just hoping for different weather patterns.
A trowel in the hand is worth a thousand lost under a bush.

Thanks for your response Bob, hope we have a better year this year! As a relative newbie to winter squash, I'd have to say they're the most satisfying to watch grow and harvest, hoping to have enough to last me through the winter this time!
