Leaf Miner Treatment

Morning all, it appears that some of my tomatoe plants on the window have Leaf Miner on some leafs.

What is the best and easiest way to treat this before it gets out of hand?

Finger and thumb, one either side of leaf, over the tiny bump at the end of the tunnel.
