ID on weeds please

Good evening everyone
This is a new weed to my garden , it seems to have appeared after adding chicken manure to my soil. Is it a weed.. How is it best to get rid of it.. Continual hoeing or weed killer?

    Struggling a bit with it being so small elliss but it looks as though it may grow into a caper spurge (proper name euphorbia lathyrus)

    It reminds me of honesty seedlings but it could be just about anything other than grass at that stage.
    Doncaster, South Yorkshire. Soil type: sandy, well-drained
