Moving climbers....

Hello Gardeners! I've got a passion flower growing up a trellis outside my kitchen on South facing wall. Its doing very well here, and is quite established. Weve pruned it back as it was getting quite huge. We need to move it to a different part of the same wall due to renovations. Is that even possible, and will it survive in a deep pot until we can put it to its final home? Thanks!
