Should my apple tree have leaves on by now?

Hello I was wondering if you could give me some advise about a fiesta patio apple tree.
It last produced fruit in 2019, it is in a 38cm diameter and 30cm deep. last year
It was later to leaf, it also didn’t have any blossom. We are in a north facing garden and and I have espalied it on a 4ft fence with two foot of trellis above.

My next door neighbour’s apple trees don’t have leaf
buds swelling yet, neither does my pear. There are some early blossom buds beginning to swell, but it’s still early and the weather is chilly. Panic not 😊

All our fruit trees are showing signs of swelling buds but no leaves yet. A few more days and some will.

One of my trees has leaves shooting. The other 3 are totally bare. I have nosied through the Bush at the back of the garden and the garden behind ours are not showing signs yet and the bramley next door but one is bare also. That keeps me happy others are in a similar state

Depends where you are. I am in S. Wales, and buds are only just swelling. expect leaves in week to 10 days here, and they are southfacing.
