When will my Twisted cherry tree blossom

I’ve been gifted a twisted cherry blossom tree it’s 2 years old now, when should I expect to see it blossom,,,,I’m very excited about it,',,,

    Never heard of twisted cherry blossom, are you sure that is what it is called?

    I wonder if you have Prunus incisa kojo-no-mai. The USA refer to it as little twist as the branches grow
     every which way.
    As to why no blossom sorry can't help, although bullfinches can strip the flowers
