Could anyone help me out with what plants these are?

Agree that the OP's pic shows cut twisted willow stems arranged for decoration and not growing plants.  Being a willow, it needs loads of water.  I have mine growing in the shallow end of an unlined pond so that means it's up to its knees in water all winter.   Not a specimen for growing by a front door and certainly not in a pot.

What will do well for growing over a front door depends on whether it will be in a pot or in the ground and what kind of soil it is - clay/loam/sandy/stony - and how cold it gets in winter and what kind of support can be provided.   There are many roses that would happily do the job or clematis, jasmine, wisteria.........

  • Thank you all for your suggestions and advice. It is a genuine enquiry, it is a fb post and I was just looking for something similar this picture was taken in winter. Its my friends shop so yes donuts are for sale lol.
Thank you guys! I've opted for winter Jasmine to achieve the effect I'm after.
    Much appreciated.
