Greenhouse autovent openers - can you help with this?

Hi everyone
I’m about to build a cold frame and want to add an auto vent opener to raise the top akin to those used in greenhouses. The cold frame will be a long way from my back door, so this will save having to traipse 100 yards to manually vent.
But I will need to open the hinged lid completely and once attached most vents are not detachable, only allowing limited access to the inside being screwed in at both “sides”.
I have seen a US youtube video with a vent that easily detaches at one side via a squeeze-type mechanism or similar, rather than unscrewing, but I can’t find a vent that lists this feature despite much googling.
Ideally I’d buy British, but the helpful people at Bayliss confirmed that their openers do not have this functionality.
Have any of you bought such a vent opener? Any pointers gratefully received.
