Something removing entire chilli leaves
Hello. I have some chilli seedlings in a greenhouse, in three separate grow bags (~ 30cm tall), each with about 6-8 seedlings . Overnight most of the leaves (~85%) were completely removed by something. The floor of my greenhouse is covered in slug pellets so I doubt it could have been slugs or snails? It has been 2 nights since this happened and the next day I raised the seedlings off the ground. Since then no more leaves have gone. I did some google searching and it seems everything common would have "nibbled" at the leaves rather than completely remove them. The leaves are/were about 2cm long. Could it be mice maybe? One of the few remaining leaves has a very clean square nibble in it.
Any ideas?

Good point. The doors and windows were shut. The greenhouse is on gravel though and the doors are not completely square, leaving a small gap (~8mm) at the top and bottom.
