Camelia japonica

Hello
my second post today!
There is a fabulous Camelia growing in the grounds next door to us. It has the most fabulous pink flowers right now.
We have a Camelia in our border but it has no flowers or buds:(
Both plants have similar growing conditions and share the same soil. I even added Ericacious compost last year as I know they like acidic soil. Our Camelia actually had more flowers when I purchased it in 2019. It only gave us about 3 flowers last year.
Luckily I can enjoy the flowers next door through the fence but I would love some of my own.
Any advice appreciated.

It is probably concentrating on getting established so some patience required. Water well this year, particularly summer/autumn as that is when flower buds form - late June onwards. If they suffer drought at that time they won't produce flower buds.
