  I agree, it looks like my campanula too, pretty blue bell like flowers that bees go mad for, spreads all over the place but is easily removed, I use it as ground cover and its probably the most prolific plant in my garden.

  Yes it’s one of the low growing Campanulas ... either C. poscharskyana or C. portenschlagiana. 

  
  Pretty blue star or bell-like flowers that spread and fill those little cracks and narrow beds alongside paths where nothing else will grow.

  It literally is growing out of the bricks of our borders. Is low level and if it does go crazy we pull it out!
