Oxalis with big leaves and pink flowers

While weeding down the shady end, I've noticed this oxalis  is seeding about the place. Is it likely to become a problem like its yellow cousin?

Not the answer I'd hoped for. My weeding isn't finished then😒. Thank you @Hostafan1

Somehow I never found it such a PITA as the little yellow stuff. It’s easier to see and bigger to get hold of .., and it’s prettier in a cottage garden sort of way.

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

I know what you mean @Dovefromabove. I've given up trying to eliminate the yellow one. It's yet another slice off at the ankles and forget about it job😒

  • You should see what happens when the little yellow Oxalis is allowed into a cactus greenhouse (fortunately not mine)! Soon seeded into every pot, with the leaves growing up between the cactus-spines, making removal impossible.

And then - with Oxalis being a large family of plants - there was another one. Sort-of succulent, and apparently 'not invasive'. Some people even grew it in their greenhouses intentionally. You can guess what comes next...

I don't have the 'little yellow one' in my garden (supposedly). Then found one in a crack in the patio - removed it. Then another one. That's all so far.
