Help me find an old tv show's name

Hello! I watched a garden design show years ago and can not rememeber the name. Can you please help me find it? The only thing I remember about the show is the concept: They had ready made mini models of the plants and garden furnitures, they made a model of the existing garden and design with the home owner like it was a game. Do you remember that show?

    Are you in the UK?  I have watched many gardening programmes over the years and don't recall anything like that.
