Shrub ideas needed

After advice on a different thread about not putting my lovely new corkscrew willows into the space I want to (they will instead go into woodland where they will be free to grow to their full potential).

I need some advice on what shrubs to put into a couple of tricky areas where we have tried things already that haven't worked out. I keep confusing myself with research so hoping for some advice from more experienced hands

This is a section by a wall and pond. Currently has heucheura's which are doing great and a wisteria which isn't so the Wisteria will be moved. Ideally I would like something with a weeping habit but that won't get too big. The area gets some direct sun but not a lot - three hours morning in mid summer before the wall starts casting shadow.

This is a very dark corner which gets virtually no direct sunlight due to the wall. Would like something which gets quite bushy to fill the corner - ideally evergreen or with winter interest - cornus maybe?

Finally, I want something to go in the corner of this border where the wall comes round - something interesting as it is right by the house but that doesn't get too big as dont want it blocking the view from the kitchen. Very sunny spot - full sun from mid-morning until early evening and can get very dry.

    @TreePretty

    I can see your dilemmas.  For spot 1, the only small weeping tree  I can think of is a Kilmarnock willow. For the very shady spot by the walls  an acer might suit and for the third sunny spot, have you thought about a repeat flowering rose?
    Very pretty and interesting garden though, I envy you those walls!

    What a lot of lovely wall to grow plants up! Only downside is that it's in shade. There are clematis, like Etoile Violette that will grow in shade, or you could try a Hydrangea Petiolaris.

    A variegated Eleagnus would grow in partial shade and is evergreen and would brighten up that corner.

    I agree with @Lizzie27 about planting a rose in that bed in front of the kitchen.
    Dordogne and Norfolk. Clay in Dordogne, sandy in Norfolk.
