Can a corkscrew willow be kept small?

    @TreePretty do you know any florists or keen amateur flower arrangers?   Give the corkscrew willows to them, assuming they have the space to grow them or maybe just see if you can take them back and exchange them for something else.

    They are definitely a case of "wrong plant, wrong place".

    @obelixx - thanks but we will find somewhere for them. We have an acre of woodland behind the house which we are currently renovating after years of neglect.

    The removal of a whole load of bamboo, brambles, cherry laurel and self set sycamores which have taken over is leaving some decent sized gaps to fill.

    There is one particular bank where we are overlooked where one of them might grow quite nicely and they will enjoy the water run off from the higher ground 😀 

    Just need to decide what to use in the front instead now 🤔
