Homemade compost

Hi, I have just served this garden compost from a large garden bag which has been sitting in a corner for at least five years. It smells wonderful but seems very dark and wet! Should I mix some brown material in with it or can I use it as it is? Any suggestions would be gratefully accepted 🥰 0
