Rose leaves falling

Hi I have the most beautiful rose ,it flowers perfectly but looks unattractive as all the leaves suddenly have black/yellow spots and then fall as soon as they're touched.
I asked at the garden centre but all they advised was to remove the leaves and burn
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated
Ps its in a pot as I have no real garden!

It's rose Black Spot (a fungus). Here https://www.rhs.org.uk/advice/profile?PID=270 is the RHS advice page about it.

Edit: just thought I'd add that it's not visible in the photo (in case any beginners wondered what I was looking at)! It appears later on in the season.
  • Important things to know are that the disease reinfects every year from fallen leaves--splashes of rain on these send the spores into the air to infect the plant. So you should indeed pick them all up, and a fungal spray plus proper rose food will help.

Yes as they start out they're healthy green, unfortunately they then turn and drop off
