Fatasia japonica

My Fantasia has lots side shoots, can i just devide when i repot to create 2 fantasias?

    Fatsias tend to create new stems from the crown, so can't imagine you'd be able to divide it, but can't really see clearly with that photo. Also worth noting they're much happier out of doors and in the ground. It's frustrating they're too frequently sold as house plants. They are perfectly hardy in the UK except for frost damage to leaves at times.

    They're lovely, find a nice spot for it, preferably shady and will be fantastic @katrinkemp
