Dogs fouling my front garden
in Plants
Would planting lavender kerbside deter dogs from stopping and weeing on my front garden? Or any other suggestions please. Thanks Sue

The change of smell may well interest more dogs and they will mark the spot in the usual way.
I did have some success using ground black pepper, but it had to be replaced almost daily.

Our dogs pee when they need to urinate and pee when they're scent marking and both happen in our plot and out in public spaces. Depending on where we are for walkies that may be on flat ground or up a drainpipe/fence/wall/bin.......
We always take poo bags on walkies so we don't leave mess for others. I
