Is Euphorbia Robbiae really invasive?

Hello, for many years I have had a Euphorbia Robbiae which I have kept in a large pot as I was frightened off planting it out after reading that it could be invasive.  
Have quite a lot of space so don't mind if it spreads itself out but already having to fight Ground Elder in places I'm not looking to add to my problems.

    The RHS describes it as "spreading" for which I read "invasive".

    You should also be aware that the sap is harmful if it gets on your skin in sunlight and can do serious damage to your eye if you accidentally rub your eye with it on your hand.

    I grow it in my woodland, and it does spread, but it is very useful where not much else will grow.

    I think it's easy to control if needs be. I have room and hope it does spread a bit. In my mind something that can be dug up in a few minutes and almost removed or weeded out along with bittercress etc is not invasive. 
    Something like horsetail that has 2' deep roots is more of an issue.

    It's spreading but relatively easy to remove the unwanted plants.
