Washington Palm leaves discoloration

Good Afternoon
If anyone could advise I'd be grateful. I love my palms and are unsure weather to prune back the frost damaged leaves. Are they likely to recover or should I cut them back. There are new shoots coming up so the plant is still alive (luckily)
