Can anyone help me identify this shrub/tree in my garden.
It has obviously been pollarded in the past the leaves are coming out lime green and the flowerbuds are peachy in colour. The only flower that is out at the moment is pink variegated and about 2cm across and has lots of petals like an old fashioned rose
