Yes, you can do it anytime while it's still relatively warm. They'll be happier once they're in the right compost. If you feed them once a month between March and Sept with an ericaceous (azalea) feed they'll get all the nutrients they need. They don't need much in the way of fertilizers Good luck

I was thinking of doing it autumn when I move them, but I guess the nutrients will be counter productive until spring.
