Avocado Tree red spots

Hello, this is a hass avocado tree that was planted a while ago before I moved into my new house. I tried to research the problem with the tree but I can't find out what it is. I recently moved it into a 25 gallon growers bag with fresh planters soil. Is it a disease, a fungus, or just inadequate nutrition/watering? Is this tree salvageable? Please Help!
