@JennyJ, we may be talking about the same thing. My idea of coarse grit doesn't go anywhere like 1cm, it's gritty, sandy stuff but not fine sand. The terms we use may be geographically affected!
Hi KT53,no I didn’t contact them,I know I should have done,but I just finished the job myself,as it was quicker than waiting for them to come back.Needless to sayI won’t be employing them again.
