Strawberries - too early?

I recently got a raised bed put in my garden. I got excited at the garden centre recently a bought a load of strawberry plants. Is it too early to plant them in the raised bed? Should I keep them in my coldframe for now? 

.. I'm a complete novice if that isn't self evident hahaha.

    Strawberries are totally hardy so they are fine to go out now, however if they have been inside they should be hardened off by putting outside during the day and coming in at night for a week before you put them into the bed
