Dahlia Happy Days in Neon

Does anybody know where I might be able to find this Dahlia? I had one years ago and loved the colours - leaves and flowers - and its small size. It came from a dodgy plant stall in a recycling yard - I got it home to find it's roots were brown and rotten from over watering,.. unsave-able. I've scoured the internet since but can't find a replacement. Any ideas where I might find a Dahlia Happy Days in Neon?

    The RHS only list one supplier, and that's it's plant centre at Wisley. Could be worth a try.
    None of the usual UK suppliers seem to have it listed.

    Thanks Anni, I'll give them a call. Anyone would think it was a rare and exotic plant - Maybe they all spontaneously succumbed to root rot in 2014!
