Do plastic propagators work as a mini greenhouse for plants

    They aren't really big enough for much more than seedlings. Do you mean out of doors or on a window sill?

  • I mean outside as I have no room indoors for seedlings in little pots. Once they’re big enough I will plant them out. It’s just to start off with so they don’t die of the cold

    Tender seedlings need more protection outside than a plastic propagator lid can give them at this time of year.

    Marginally better ... but I’d bring seedlings in at night. That’s what I do.
