Can anyone tell me if this water lille is ok i put it in this hole its about 2 or 4 inces under water is that ok i doing a new pond but it be done by end of the week thank you

Garden Centres that sell water lilies usually keep them in tanks with just a couple of inches of water above them.
If yours is a dwarf lilly then they're usually kept about 12" below the top of the water (mine sits on top of an upturned clay pot).
If it's a bigger lilly then they prefer 18-24" water above them.
