    Foxtail fern?

    That looks like a very lovely fern but I don’t know which one ... if we can see a clearer picture of a leaf, one of the more knowledgeable fern growers may be able to give a better ID. 

    Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.

    Yes! Just Googled it and that’s the one. Spotted in a neighbor’s front garden. But internet says it’s indoor plant. Do you think it can be grown outside?

    They probably just put it outside for the summer, then.

    Right London...thanks.
    London has a microclimate but pic appear to be taken in winter....other twig has no leaves on.
    Clear close up pics would help with accurate name.

    It looks like an Asparagus densiflorus- they make a great houseplant but my aunt had one that thrived in the garden & she lived in NE uk
  • They're more hardy than you'd think.
