Dried up Tulip bulbs

Hi,

How viable are my Tulip bulbs if they are dried up and shrivelled? Is there anything I can do? image

Unfortunately I couldn't plant them out last year so spent a season in storage.

Your advice will be much appreciated.

Yes, bin them - bulbs are not like seeds, they can't be stored for a season.
