Ideas for large container

I have a large black plastic container - diameter 92cm x 56cm depth. Keen to make best use of it for something needing different soil to our clay maybe. Would welcome ideas please as I am not a very experienced gardener

    Hi and welcome to the Forum.
    A bit more info would be useful. 
    Where will it be situated, sun shade? 
    Do you want one big thing, or a group.
    Do you want ornamental, or edible?

    Hi, Thank you for reply. It will be East facing and part shaded. I think one large plant would be best as it will be about 50 yards from the house. Would like edible but realise in.sufficient sun may be a problem
