Can you help fix our lawnmower? Bosch Rotak 32 R

Our Bosch Rotak 32 R needs help! Use it for c.5 minutes and it cuts out and smells of burning. I took it apart, cleaned it thoroughly, and found a loose washer; I don't know if that's supposed to be like that, or if not, what it's supposed to be attached to. Can anyone please help?

I suspect it is part of the bearing assembly which is in the motor housing you have removed. It could be that the bearing has failed (hence the smell) and you will need to replace it.

It sounds like the motor is starting to burn out,do you use a long extension lead? if so this can cause a loss of power to the motor and premature motor failure as can cutting too long grass
