Plant identification

Hello all!

anyone know what this is? I suspect some type of spring bulb? I thought maybe daffodils but the leaves are floppy and paler green with slightly red tips.

Any ideas?

Gardening in Central Norfolk on improved gritty moraine over chalk ... free-draining.
