Water Fountain Advice

We have a pathetic fountain with a loud pump and need a louder fountain with a quiet pump to distract from neighbour noise.  Attempted to adjust existing one to no avail.  Can anyone recommend a good one please?  Won't be near any boundaries so shouldn't bother anyone.

It depends on how much water you are pumping.
Is the fountain in a pond or a pebble fountain sort .
You are never going to get a good sound from a spray type, you need a water blade.
Pumps usually don't make much noise unless it's low on water or clogged and needs cleaning

It is a tall stainless steel rectangle shaped thing and the water runs down the face into a sump.  Water regularly topped up and does not appear clogged.  Have tried standing it on different things, with and without pebbles in the sump, but nothing helps.  Will look into water blades.  Thanks for taking the trouble to respond.

I use Hozelock pumps which are pretty great. It's important to get the smallest one you need. I'm not sure why a pump would make a noise.
