I brought some potted succulent plants indoors over winter cared for amongst my houseplants. All seem ok but 2 weeks ago over a few days I found three adult vine weevils in the house urghh.
all the plants seem ok. Bad enough when they do damage in the greenhouse etc but to stalk me indoors ain't fair.

I have recently used the Nematode drench and it seems to work an absolute treat.
There are nematodes for all kinds of pests like midges (for indoor plants) and slugs.
I think Nematodes are going to be my pest control of choice from now on.

Adult vine weevils look so evil!  I had a couple of lovely heucheras in two different pots and was surprised when the foliage just lifted off.  A sure sign. Those blighters are getting a nematode drench as soon as the soil warms up enough to it to be effective.

That is quite an infestation and very well-fed grubs. They must have started early too if they killed the plant off before it could make the new buds.
If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

When I emptied out the pot there was only soil and grubs. Not a single bit of plant
