Restoring garden sleepers

Our sleepers in our garden are in need of some TLC. Can anyone recommend some techniques to restore to a better condition?

    Not sure what you mean are they rotten or just in need of painting?

    Thank you for your response. The sleepers aren’t to much rotten but discoloured and faded.

    When it's warmer and dry spell is forecast, spray off the green bits with a Karcher pressure washer and then, when dry, apply something like teak oil to feed the wood, bring out the grain and make it more water/algae resistant.

    I rather like the colour!
    I've painted mine with Cuprinol Ducksback fence paint, probably a black would cover the green.
    There is the option of sanding them down or there is  wood algae cleaner you can use if you don't want to paint.
