Best way to divide this grass

It’s massive and I’m worried I’ve not got strength to dig it up and I won’t let hubby touch it 😂😂
would I kill it if I tried put spade through middle of it

    Go around the outside of it with your spade, pushing down vertically. Then get your spade underneath it, and lever it out. Drag it (by the hair!) onto the lawn, put it on its side, and *decisively* cut it in two pieces right down the middle. You have to aim just right with a spade, so if you're unsure, use a breadknife. You will be sawing through the core of the plant, but it's OK. You can probably cut again to make 4. And there probably will be little bits that want to come away, which you can pot on to make baby plants.

    Perfect 👌🏻 I’m sure I could maybe manage that 
    I give it a go tomorrow if weather is dry
