Buxus trimmed too early

I trimmed the slight growth tips from my (1-2year old) buxus hedging & shaped buxus balls yesterday on the last day of February!  I know this is far too early and I should have waited until May, I got carried away in the sunshine!
This morning we have woken to a misty morning with a light frost! I know it may be too late but is there anything I can do to avoid any damaged or should it be ok?

I wouldn’t panic, you may get some frost damage to the shoots but that’s all and they should recover in time, But don’t try anymore until early June. If you do have some fleece it may be worth tucking it over them if there’s another frost predicted.
