Trachelospermum jasminoides ‘Variegatum'

I planted this Jasmine in Autumn last year and we recently had temperatures of -12 (Inverness).  Has also hit a couple of my hebe's .  Now looking very brown and unwell.  Is it likely to recover and re-grow. Any advice would be appreciated.

Is the main stem green if you scratch it? They are hardy to between - 5 to - 10 then they start to suffer and shed their leaves but it may still be alive in the main stem.
  • Thanks, I'll go and have a quick scratch  :)
