What to do with dead leaves still on plants?
The deciduous clematis vines whose leaves turned brown and dry over winter still have most of these dead leaves attached. Do I need to remove them? Should I just ignore them?
Sorry for the daft question, I'm pretty new to this.

LB is a group 1 tidy prune.
You can cut off the old leaves but they will fall off as the plant starts into new growth
