Are these Peace lily seeds?

My mother had 2 peace lily plants last year and unfortunately one of them got waterlogged because the hole was blocked however the other one died off I think before winter, probably shouldn’t have left them outside through the winter either. I don’t know a lot about them but just noticed the one that died back had this on it, are they the seeds? If so, is there anyway I can propagate these and grow new plants?
