Any ideas? These are not my photos, nor my plant, but a friend asked and I am useless on houseplants!

    It's either a very etioliated aloe or a very unfriendly leek.
    If you can keep your head, while those around you are losing theirs, you may not have grasped the seriousness of the situation.

    I would go with Aloe as well.
