Name that Hedge?

Hi folks, coming to you wise souls in my hour of need! - we have a hedge row across the front of our house we are looking to extend - ideally we will look to match with new plants but being a bit of a garden novice I'm not sure on what plant we are working with.

Any insights would be very helpful and much appreciated! The hedge in question:

Is it privet?

That looks like common Privet to me (Ligustrum ovalifolium), but others might be able to confirm this.
