Anthurium infected/in shock/or bad owner? Advice please
Hello everyone, I bought my partner a lovely anthurium in our local Tesco, and she loves it. Unfortunately, within it's first week it's larger top leaves are turning brown and falling off. The others are starting to do the same.
We have lightly watered it. There remains the smallest bit of water in the base of the pot, but the pot is certainly not very wet.
Additionally, we left it in our bedroom on a bedside drawer
, room temp probably, 18-20C. We usually leave the radiators on low or off.

Lastly, the plant gets light from the bedroom window but not direct light.
Is it in shock? Have we done anything wrong? Is it infected? Can we do anything to save it?
Advice welcome please...
Thank you to anyone who can help us save it.
