My lovely busy lizzie has developed white nodules on the stem /petiole junctions and at the edgesof leaves. They look like reproductive structures to me but want to be sure they are not a disease. Does anyone know?

It looks like a very healthy plant to me. I don't know what they are but |I don't think you have anything to worry about.
