Plant tree dried out

Hi, 
I have a palm tree/plant that I water regularly. New leaves are coming out, but old ones dry out. Please, help me with this. How can I stop this process and why would the palm tree dry out? 
It is staying indoors.

    Can you show us a few pictures of your palm tree to give us some more clues as to the problem?
    Click on the little landscape icon and follow the instructions. If your pic doesn’t appear reducing the size usually works. 😊
